What are my chances for Dartmouth?

I’m looking to get into Dartmouth, and I am of the class of 2017.
GPA:3.9/4.2
Test scores: ACT 34(36 reading, science 35 English, 28 math)
I’m working to improve my math score. I have gotten a 31 on math before, making my superscore a 35.
APs: Chemistry, US history, English(I would like to take more my senior year)
Extracurriculars: I was on student council my freshman and sophomore years, and played JV soccer during then too. I have been in Latin club and Chemistry club during high school, and I was in accepted into a summer leadership class the summers after my freshman and junior years. I am expecting to get into national honor society, and I expect to be a runner for a law firm this summer as well. I may get national merit, as I have a 1390 PSAT score, from Alabama, with a 209 NMSQT, but I don’t know; it is too early to know.

I know that my extracurricular are a little weak, and I’d like to improve them. I also am working on improving my ACT math score, I am starting to go to a tutor for it.

Would I have a chance of being admitted or would I not be likely to be admitted?

I would say that if you improve your profile a little bit then perhaps you have a decent chance.
Definitely, during your senior year, attempt to obtain at least one leadership position in a club or organization.
You haven’t taken too many AP classes which could make your profile seem weaker compared to other applicants.
I would recommend taking at least 4 AP classes senior year.
