What are my chances for decent Cali schools?

Hi! I am an Asian in California, so all of the school will be in-state if that makes a difference. I would like to know my chances for the following school: Stanford, Caltech, Pomona college, UC Berkeley, UC Los Angeles, and UC San Diego. A brief description of me:

Stats:
gpa: including freshmen: 3.85 UW (4.12 W). Excluding freshmen: 3.92 (4.33)
-----freshmen: 3.70 (3.70)
-----sophomore: 3.84 (4.16)
-----junior: 4.0 (4.5)
UC gpa: I'm not sure, but I think 4.3. I only count the A-G course in sophomore/junior year, right? And the maximum bonus points from AP/honor classes is 4?
SAT (single sitting) = 2020 (reading 660, math 750, writing 610) Retaking in December, aiming for 2200+. Superscoring will raise this by about 50 points or so if you ignore the December test.
SAT math = 800
SAT literature = 550 (ouch =( )
SAT bio = 760
SAT physics =800
Rank 3/605

Honor/ AP courses:

IMPORTANT: I have no math class senior year, but it is due to my schools dropping all the available higher math classes without notifying me until summer already ended. Currently self-studying for Stats AP and planning to enroll to a college math class next summer if this helps.

My personal statements are, in the words of two VERY brutal critics, "nice" and "above average". I guess they could be better, but at least they aren't half bad (which means a lot considering the sources!).

Soooo guys, may you please chance me? It would be greatly appreciated =). Thank you.

Bump!..=P

Your class rank and SAT IIs (except lit but you have 3 good ones) are great. If you can improve your SAT you’ll have an above-average shot at most of them.

Stanford - With your current SAT, you’ll need really good essays. You’ll have a better chance if you pull your SATs up in December.
Caltech - Same, according to a friend who goes there they care a lot about numbers (more than essays)
Pomona college - don’t know enough about school
UC Berkeley - pretty good chance if undeclared
UC Los Angeles - in
UC San Diego - in

Yeah, I feel a larger amount of pressure on this this coming SAT than the past ones, knowing that its pretty pivotal.

And you said I have a pretty good chance at Berkeley if my major is undeclared. Is it advantageous to leave major undeclared? I always thought it was better to choose so that you can get into a packed major before it gets too full and you can’t switch to it anymore, or something. How does it work, exactly?

O yeah! And do you think it would be advantageous that I do NOT report my literature SAT score? Or will they see it anyways in the score report?

Bump please!

They’ll see your lit score. The advantage of undeclared is that it’s easier to get in. But when it comes to choosing classes, people who have declared their majors have first priority.

I see… thanks!

hahaha
you’re like me for math

I do pretty well in competitions, 800 on Math 2C, but i still got a 740 on SAT I math

nice AMC scores…

For Stanford and CalTech, SAT score/GPA is kinda weak. Maybe Caltech b/c you obviously are talented in math :)

Pomona: only think I know is that they offer this math talent search (i participated too)

UC’s: no problem. Berkeley might be tough depending on the stats of applicants for this yr
