What are my chances for getting into Macaulay Honors?

My GPA is 3.4 and I have good extracurriculars and recommendations but I have a low sat score. I have a 540 in reading and 630 in math. Do I have a chance in getting into Macaulay Honors? Does anyone with a lower test score get admitted?</p>
