I can’t tell your chances, but you should improve them by narrowing your focus and excelling.

For example, just being on the varsity track team isn’t that helpful. If your times are good enough to be a recruited athlete, that’s a different story.

Again, just being on the varsity debate team for 3 years won’t matter much. Have you done well at national circuit tournaments? Have you at least qualified for Nationals or TOCs? If your high school doesn’t compete at that level, have you done well at the state championships or some major tournament like Glenbrooks?

You get the idea–have you placed in any Science Olympiads as an individual? …in the Academic Decathalon?

Again, I’m not telling you whether you’ll be admitted. I’m not on any admissions committee. I just think you’d be better off focusing on one of your ECs and excelling in it than just participating in a lot of things.

Your EC’s are not bad, but they are definitely not up to HYPS standards. Your academics are easily good enough, but it would help if you could add something to your EC’s that stands out. I don’t know what your awards are, but based off of the given information, I’d put all of them at high matches/low reaches. The thing is, you have to have it all for HYPS, because you can bet that there are thousands of students who have the same or better academics than you.
