What are my chances for McGill or...

Hi! I'm new to the forum and would like to get anyone's opinion regarding my chances for medical school, so here are my stats (I'm a 24 y/o nontrad student btw):

ACT = 34

MCAT = 38S

Cum. GPA = 3.7

ALB from HES (Harvard Extension School)

Extracurricular
- foreign languages spoken: Arabic, Urdu, and Farsi (I'm trying to learn Turkish and I'm learning how to read Greek... I just love foreign languages!)
- working with an OB/GYN on some case reports to be published in medical journals
- working with a physician for the past 6 years (initially volunteering, but then I progressed to all sort of things like patient interviews and transcribing medical notes)
- member of Phi Theta Kappa

I had been out of school and wasn't able to apply due to financial problems, but I'm now working on my apps. These are the following schools I would like to apply to:

1) McGill
2) Johns Hopkins
3) Georgetown
4) UPenn
5) Cornell
6) Mayo Medical College
7) Harvard
8) Duke
9) Columbia
10) UVA
11) Case Western Reserve

I'm a US citizen by the way... in case anyone was wondering...

So what do y'all think of my chances? Please feel free to give suggestions regarding what I could possible do to make myself more competitive and/or look better on paper.

Thanks in advance!

Admission of Americans to McGill Medical School is limited to about 10 students per year by government regulation.
