What are my chances for Northwestern University?

As a junior that wants to go to Northwestern University, it makes me very curious what my chances of getting in would be. I am currently planning to apply for Early Decision so please count this into account also.

ACT: 29 (Planning to take it again in the fall)
GPA: 3.92 unweighted, 4.00 weighted
SAT II: Haven’t taken any, will take Math Level 2 and Chem or bio
Classes taken so far: Regular English 9, 10, 11 (my school offers AP Lang and AP Lit for juniors and seniors), Band, US history, Civics & Econ, regular bio, regular chem, ap bio, ap chem, all math classes up to ap calc ab (currently taking ap calc ab right now), Chinese level 1 to level 4
Classes planning to take next year: regular english 12, band, ap calc bc, ap computer science, ap psychology, ap physics mechanics
Extracurricular activities: Marching band for 3 years, forensics for 2 years (made to state finals last year), chinese club for 3 years, Taekwondo for 5 years (3rd degree black belt), HOSA for 1 year, math club for 1 year
Volunteer services: Assistant teacher at a Korean school (i am very fluent in Korean), International Talent Show performer (i don’t know this will actually count but the person who takes care of volunteer hours at my school took the hours for participating in the talent show so im just gonna include it in here), helped to clean up the Korean Culture Center (it was a one-time event)

Please give me your honest opinion on my chances of getting into Northwestern University. And if you could also provide me with some tips on what volunteering work i should do over the summer (if it isn’t too late to do anything) that’ll also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

My son was accepted RD to Northwestern with a similar resume. His test scores were significantly higher and I think his English classes were all Honors. Our HS doesn’t offer many AP classes (I think he’s only taken APUSH and AP US Government). He didn’t really do much volunteer work and I don’t know how much work he put into his essays. If you can get your ACT up to 33-34, who knows? I was surprised that he got in after being wait listed at Notre Dame. You can’t get in if you don’t apply, but I am sure there were students with better resumes than his that were rejected.
