What are my chances for NYU & HARVARD? PLUS INTERVIEW??

Can I get into Harvard or NYU? GIVE YOUR FULL OPINION!!!

I know, those two schools are like total opposites, but I still love them. I was wondering whether you guys thought I could get into either/both of these schools, and whether I could get a FULL RIDE. ALSO, WHAT CAN I DO to improve my chances? Thanx.
Here are the facts on me:

-My gpa, by the time I apply, will be around 3.6-3.7.
-I'm in 4 clubs, with 1 leadership position.
-I volunteered at an English-learning school
-I volunteered at a playground-building project
-I plan on taking a sociology class in the winter at a community college
-I plan on completing a research internship on biology during the summer

*EXTRA INFO:
-Only one of my parents works-she makes less than $32, 000 a year
-I'm of Middle Eastern descent
-I'm first generation to go to college
-I live in Massachusetts

ALMOST FORGOT!!!!!:
-I've taken 10 AP classes my entire hs career.
-I've gotten a 5 on all except 1

My SATS:
2300

College Essay:
I was going through family issues during my early high school career, with my dad, so I incorporated that into my essay. I was wondering if I should BRING THAT UP during interview?

NYU is probably a match, and at least from my experience with them, they have a very generous financial aid program. Harvard is a reach, as it is with everyone, but if your stated income is correct you’re pretty much guaranteed not to pay any tuition if you actually are accepted there.
