What are my chances for nyu stern!!?!?! =]

<p>hi,
im applying early decisions for NYU stern and am really nervous because im afraid i won't get in.
here are my stats:</p>

<p>SAT: 1910 (combined) 1300 (CR and Math)
GPA: 4.0 (weighted)
AP Classes: AP Human GEography, AP Biology
EC: President of NHS, in Student Council, Treasurer of SHPE (society of hispanic professional engineers [mainly a group for minorities]) worked at ACLU, and county courthouse, in the Fashion Club, captain of Volleyball Team, Participated in Leadership seminars, created a community service club called AACTive helpers, and on the fundraising and volunteering committee for my school.</p>

<p>tell me what you think, and how u think i can UP my chances of getting in plz...
also i talked to someone, they said i might have a better chance getting in if i apply to NYU as an undecided major then transfer into stern... what do you think?!?! =] thanks</p>

<p>I wouldn’t try applying to another school and transferring into Stern. It’s not nearly that easy.</p>

<p>You my well get i as a URM candidate. Do you need aid? If yes, that will be the unlikely part.</p>

<p>hey what is a URM candidate? yea and when i checked the transferring part, it said that stern doesn’t allow transfers in… so i guess thats out of the picture… but yea im applying early decision, do my chances increase in that?</p>

<p>Another incoherent post. Even if the OP was a URM (underrepresented minority), his stats are way too low to be accepted into Stern. Having only taken 3 APs, the 4.0 weighted and a 1900 SAT are what’s going to make it hard.</p>
