What are my chances for OOS? Really odd applicant!

Cumulative GPA unweighted: 3.0

Freshmen year - 2.77
Sophomore year - 2.77
Junior year - 3.6

I don't have a class rank, which kind of helps me in my case -_-

SAT 2210 ( 800 math, 730 critical reading, 680 writing)

EC:
Captain of Mock trial 11, 12
Captain of Model UN 11, 12
Varsity Swimming 9, 10
Varsity Volleyball 9, 10
Editor in Chief of Yearbook Club 11, 12
Volleyball manager 10, 11
Prom committee 11
Interact club 9, 10

I've applied to a lot of nice colleges since my GPA doesn't correlate properly with my SAT score. I was just reading statistics from last year's freshmen class and only ~210 students out of ~4000 have 1500+ on SATs. Reading that gave me more hope in my journey to acceptance :D

I would love to hear what the CC community thinks my chances are!

Why exactly is your GPA so low? To have any type of chance, you should have explained your GPA in the extra information statement. GPA is weighted more heavily because it reflects your academics throughout high school, while your SAT scores are only representative of a few Saturday mornings junior and senior year. I don’t want to offend, but high SAT and lower GPA probably signals to them that the student is very intelligent but hasn’t put their best effort into their school work, which is not admissions is looking for.

I’m sorry, but I don’t think that you have a good chance as an OOS applicant.
