THere’s no “regular decision”. It’s either: before Nov 30 = you’re good, or after Nov 30 = case by case basis.

I got into University Park in December, with ACT 33 GPA 4.45
If you applied recently then it’s very likely that you’ll be placed in other “region college” (sorry idk what the real word is) of penn state
