What are my chances for Penn State, UConn, Stony Brook

I am starting to prepare applications and resumes to apply this fall to the following colleges:
Penn State, University of Connecticut, and Suny Stony Brook

I have a 3.55 GPA (Weighted on a 4.0 scale)
Class Rank 22 out of 266

I will be retaking my SATs this November
But I have already taken them and got pretty low scores:
My guidance counselor said I can wait until I take them again and send the scores then.

Activities/Awards/Community:
- Two years of Marching Band
- US First Robotics Competition (FRC)
- FTC Robotics Team Programmer
- 5 Years of Baseball outside of school (Community Association)
- Video Game Club
- High Honor Roll & Honor Roll Recipient (9-12)
- Club 90 (GPA of 90 and above)
- Gear up Member
- Honors Society (Joining this year)
- Church Youth Group Member
- Helped little kids play Baseball
- Spanish and Computer Tutor (This year)

What do you guys think are my chances into getting into these three schools? What do you think I need to improve on this year? (Between, I'm a senior). What should be the SATs grades I should be aiming for?

I'm in a Trades and Tech High School and is currently majoring in Electrical and Computer Circuitry, and I plan in applying into the Computer Engineering Program in these schools, and I'm an In state student for Stony Brook (New York).

Hi - I currently go to Stony Brook. It looked so appealing when I wanted to apply, it was my first choice. I hate this school. Do not come here if you plan on having any social life at all.

Sorry for the lateness I don’t check up on this often, but THANK YOU I was wondering If I should of applied or not.
