Here are my stats:
GPA: 98.06/100
SAT: 620 CR 770 M 730 W; will take it one last time to boost CR score because it seems like an anomaly
SAT II: 800 Math 2, 780 Physics
Recs: Very good
ECs: Ok
Essay: I’d like to think they are good because I wrote it very creatively and because I am good at writing.
You have excellent chances. To be safe, you might consider applying to a few other Big Ten schools with strong engineering programs, just to really solidify your chances:
You’re a match for all three, OOS.
Michigan and Northwestern are also very good, but Mich would be probably a low reach OOS and Northwestern would be a reach. Worth a shot if you could see yourself in Ann Arbor or Evanston though.
The problem is that I am actually an international.
Oh, well, all the more reason to apply to
multiple schools. 
You’re an int’l. Are your parents fine with paying the full costs at all these schools?
