What are my chances for Rutgers engineering school?

SAT: 1740
Math: 630
Reading: 620
Writing: 490.. :( (Didn't prepare for this one like I did the others)
4 AP classes</p>

<p>I plan to retake the SAT in November so the new scores will also be sent to them in time for regular decision and i'm aiming for a 1900 this time.
Also i'm in-state.</p>

<p>I heard EC don't really matter all that much, so based off these stats what are my chances?</p>

<p>Rutgers engineering would be high match/low reach. A 1900+ would definitely get you in.</p>
