Like many others you will have a chance, Stanford and all the super selective schools will craft a class based on their perceived idea of what the class should be. They will take students with GPAs ranging from 3.8-4.0 UW , and ACT’s 32-36. They will take others outside this range for other reasons (athlete, etc.). If you catch the AOs eye somehow through your ECs or essays they might be able to make a case for you before the admissions board and then you might get accepted. However most of the applicants like yourself will ultimately get a letter of rejection. 5% is 5%, no way around it.

You are not from a feeder school or feeder group or have any hooks I can see that help your app to stand out. Therefore, your chances are no better than the general population at <5%.
