<p>Hello! I'm a New Jersey resident, a senior. The College of New Jersey is my first choice, although regrettably enough I did not apply for early decision or early action. The following apply to my circumstance:
-My GPA is a 3.65
-My SAT scores were 590/550/640, math/critical reading/writing, respectively. The total is a 1780.
-I am the President of a club (Gay-straight alliance), a Vice President of the Student Government (not to be confused with the class Vice President), an officer in my school's literary magazine, I'm a writer in the school's newspaper, and a captain of two years as well as the best-in-squad on my fencing team.
-I have two cousins who both attended TCNJ several years ago for the same major that I am applying to. They have emailed the head of the department to recommend me. This department is the art department.
-I have been enrolled in honors courses throughout my high school experience, including an AP English class this year.</p>
