You will be accepted via Academic admit as of your stats. Go to http://admissions.tamu.edu/freshman/admitted</a> for more info

@md21403. That’s not how I read it. @AmirGomez 's test scores are too low for an academic admit: Need “combined SAT score of at least 1300 (Math and Critical Reading) with at least a 600 in each of these components, or composite ACT score of at least 30 with at least a 27 in the Math and English components.” Amir will be a long-shot as a review admit, so higher test scores will be needed. There’s still time to push those scores up.

You will be accepted via Academic admit as of your stats if you can get them up- SAT 1300 with both Math/CR being 600 in each and ACT a 30. Go to http://admissions.tamu.edu/freshman/admitted</a> for more info. Sorry for the second post, I hit post button by accident- thanks @Beaudreau

If you are a current senior, go ahead and apply. Then take the upcoming SAT & ACT to see if you can better your stats. You won’t likely have time to wait for results to apply after you get results and beat the Dec 1 deadline. However, tests taken before Dec 1 can be used to update a file that is in progress. Acceptances only are sent out prior to Dec 1, they wait to see if a file will be updated should you be a review candidate that will not be fully accepted. Just list A&M on the test as a school to get your scores - if the scores decline, they won’t be used - they only look at the best score. Good luck!
