What are my chances for The College of William & Mary?

I'm a mostly A student (I usually have one or two Bs a year out of 8-10 classes) with a 4.13 GPA (my school doesn't give any extra weight to AP classes, which sucks and is generally not helpful to me). I have taken all honors & AP classes for my core subjects and my electives have been pretty much entirely academic (Latin I-IV, Journalism/Yearbook, Psychology, Sociology, etc.)

Extracurriculars:
-Yearbook
*Section Editor for 2 years
*Editor-in-Chief senior year
-Service Club
*Officer for two years
*President senior year
-Latin Club
-National Honor Society
-Historical Honor Society

AP Classes:
-English Comp
-English Lit
-US History
-European History
-Government
-(AP Economics got cut so I had to take it as a dual enrollment course)

I only took the ACT, which I know has hurt my chances already since I didn't do super well on it. I took it twice with a 28 the first time and a 29 the second.

I am a female, out of state student (from Northwest Florida) planning on majoring in English (at W&M at least...journalism at other schools that I've applied to where it's offered as a major).

Any insight you have is appreciated! Let me know if you need any additional info. And believe me, I am WELL aware that my stats are not overly competitive.

P.S. If it helps, the other schools I have applied to are:
-Florida State University (I've already been accepted...it's my safety but it is seeming alarmingly likely that it is where I will end up)
-University of Florida (still waiting on that decision)
-University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (painfully rejected just minutes ago)
-Georgetown University (deferred)
-University of Virginia (deferred)

W&M: High match
UF: Match
Georgetown: Reach
UVA: High match

I have been e-mailing back and forth with the admissions office and they recently sent me this information:

Generally, the students we admit are taking full advantage of the curriculum offered at their high school. We expect to see courses such as calculus, physics, the 4th or 5th year of a foreign language, and numerous AP, IB, dual enrollment and/or honors courses if available. Schools typically provide a profile so that we know what courses are available and can evaluate applicants in the context of their particular school. We do not look for a specific GPA, but the majority of the students we admit are in the top 10% of their graduating class. The middle 50% score range is 28-32 on the ACT and 1250-1460 on the critical reading and math sections only of the SAT. We will see the writing score, but emphasis is placed on critical reading and math. Other important factors in application evaluation include extracurricular activities, leadership potential, recommendations, and the Common Application essays.

Hope it helps

William and Mary - low reach
UF - low match
GTown - reach
UVA - low reach
