<p>If you’re in-state, I think you’re good for all the UCs. If out of state, UCB could be a little dicey just because their admissions can seem kind of random for out of state. I think Duke, Cornell, and Williams are all low reaches, and the rest are medium reaches (as they are for most people). There’s nothing bad about your application, it’s just that it doesn’t jump out. That’s why I think it could go either way, but no matter what, you’re obviously going to end up at a great school. Best of luck</p>
