What are my chances for transferring? and where should I apply?

I am a community college student in Texas. I have a 3.75 GPA with 60 credit hours.
I have been active on campus and am in multiple clubs, Phi Theta Kappa (honor society), Treasurer of Student Government, and Student Leadership.
I have volunteered a lot and have multiple letters of recommendation lined up.
I am going to major in Political Science (Hopefully gearing towards American Politics)
My worst grades I have made were a D in college algebra which I retook and got an A and although the D doesn't affect my GPA, it will show on my transcript. I also withdrew from Physics but afterwards completed my science lab requirements.
I made a C in microeconomics and Bs in English 1 and 2.
All my poor grades were in my freshman year and have made all A's my sophomore year.
I have made straight A's in all other subjects and now have my associates degree.

I thought about Cornell, UT, Texas A&M, and multiple California colleges..... but I am unsure of where to apply.....

I want to apply to between 6-12 schools so where should I apply everyone???
