What are my chances for transferring to Umich?

Hello, I applied to University of Michigan as a transfer from a mid tier research uni in Michigan. I’m curious what you think of my application and whether or not I will be accepted. I have concerns due to me transferring from a community college to my current university. I fear that this will put me at a disadvantage.

Community College
3.84 GPA
accumulated 47 credits at transfer

University
3.81 GPA
28 credits accumulated + 43 transferred credits + 12 currently taking = 83 total credits
English honors program
Three stellar recommendation letters
One publication in an academic journal
Amnesty International member
Member of multiple academic literature organizations

I know Umich is competitive, especially the program I am trying to get into (the English department in the LSA). Do you think I have a good chance of getting in? Or should I just stay at my current university and finish my B.A. here. It be much cheaper to stay at my current university, and since I know multiple professors well, I can get out more publications/attend conferences/ and get good LOR. However, I’ve considered Umich because it has one of the best English departments in the country, and in general it provides more services and challenges that I feel that my current university doesn’t provide.

Thank you!
