Also took Math 2’s but the scores are not out yet.
I am considering about taking it again to improve by reading score but I do not know if i should because I do not think Berkeley super scores.
I get high B’s in my science classes and A’s in math. (I want to go for Engineering)
I have volunteer hours, and am treasurer of my robotics team.
Calculate your UC GPA: http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
As an OOS applicant, only AP/IB courses in 10-11th grade count for the extra honors points (capped at 8 semesters).
Here is the UCB Freshman profile from last year so you can gauge your chances against these Stats:

How much can you and your family afford? Since you are OOS, expect to pay close to full fees $55K/year with little to no financial aid. Also be aware that with the new UC budget, OOS fees are expected to increase approx. 8% over the next few years. Since you did not post unweighted GPA and you are stating you are getting B’s in science classes, I am assuming the UCB may be a Reach school. Essays and EC’s are also important which could make up for less than stellar GPA. Just see how you compare to the average and try to be at or above that average in Stats as a possible Engineering applicant.
Your CR is low for UCB. What’s your UCGPA?
engineering at cal is extremely difficult to get in. what is your course load for all of high school? what is your u/w and w UC GPA? do you have any AP scores?
I do not know if this is accurate, but my UC GPA is around 4.17 according the the link above
