What are my chances for UCs, especially UCB?

hi everyone, I'd like to see what's the chances for getting into a UC school with these stats. Im not sure whether im an international student or not. I am still a CA resident, but i guess base on UCs qualifications of 'resident', im not. im studying in an american school in Taiwan. Anyway:

Please tell me what am I suppose to work on more!

if you are resident then you are in all UC's.

You should be fine for all of them. You really can't work on the GPA at this point anyways.

Great scores (except for CR), slightly weak GPA, average-weak ECs. If you're not a resident, Berkeley is a definite reach, though you do have a shot.

what kind of GPA does UCB wants? im really curious to know, both unweighted and weighted

Berkeley's average UC GPA is a 4.17, although in my experience, people tend to get admitted with a UC GPA of 4.0 or above with your SATs at least.
