These three schools are my top choices

ACT:34
SAT 2: MATH 2:800 Chem:690 Bio E:750 Physics:700
I am the head of app making club at my school and an officer for the engineering club.
I have been to a engineering program at Stevens institute of technolgy and careers in engineering program at Georgia Tech. I played tennis for my school for 3 years and I am captain this year.

These colleges are public universities in three different states. So the real questions are: what’s in-state for you and how much can your parents afford (since there won’t be any financial aid from any of these)?

UIUC has very little aid for OOS. Also, your GPA is a bit low for their engineering programs, although your ACT is at the 75%. They don’t need SAT2 for admission.

UIUC will require a higher GPA for engineering - it has gotten very competitive and many applicants this year were denied with much higher stats.
