What are my chances for UCSC! Low SAT score but high GPA

<p>Hey, i LOVE everything i have read/heard about Santa Cruz.
I just want someone to CHANCE me or what are my chances entering the school</p>

<p>I am a senior, instate, Asian, and I dont know where i messed up on the SAT because for the whole summer i averaged around 1760 . i will probably take it in December again or are my chances good enough with my SAT score?</p>

<p>10-11th GPA: 4.05
UC GPA 3.85
SAT: 1570</p>

-Captain of Beckman Varsity Tennis for 3 years

Represented Southern California at the USTA Gar Glenney State Cup 2009 as the number one seed
USTA Junior Tennis National Championships 2008, Team finished 11th in the Nation

<p>I think you have a really good chance at UCSC. Take the SAT again in December. You have a good chance at the middle-tier UC’s (UCD UCI UCSB) if you get 1800+</p>

<p>I’d say 7, and it would be 10 if you raise your SAT =))</p>

<p>i thought the they would really focus on my SAT and nothing else wooo happy! 7 out of 10 pretty good</p>
