Currently I am at a CC in San Diego and I am planning on transferring to UCSD in Fall 2010 as either a biophysics or microbiology major. So far at CC I have gotten a 3.41 GPA with no W's. I plan on using the IGETC/TAG agreement and after this Fall I will be done with IGETC. So far I still need to take:

PHYS 196, 197
BIOL 210A, 210B
MATH 254, 255 I only need these if I decide to major in biophysics
CHEM 230, 231 These are upper div. at UCSD for both majors, still could take at CC

I should be able to complete the PHYS 196, BIOL 210A at the very least in spring before I get to UCSD.

My question is given my GPA should I declare myself a biophysics major or a microbiology given my GPA and the fact that that some of my prereqs won't be completed when I get to UCSD.
