I kind of doubt it, but do I have any chance of getting into the University of Michigan?

GPA: 3.70
SAT: Verbal - 730 Math - 620 Writing - 690
IB American Studies (English and history) junior year, IB English this year, IB Biology 1 this year, and IB French 1 this year.
My extracurriculars are kind of weak, too. I've mostly just done a lot of community service; I've volunteered at a local nursing home since sophomore year, over the summer at University of Washington Medical Center, also at a UW research lab, and I don't know if this counts, really, but I write poetry as a hobby and have had some of it published in small anthologies and online literary magazines, etc. Commended for the PSAT.

I thought I could make the priority deadline Dec. 1, but I was so stupid, I forgot about the SAT scores and they won't accept rush reporting. And my dad just mailed my teacher recommendation using priority with "insurance" this afternoon and then I found out, and it doesn't matter anymore that I tried hard to get it all in by Dec. 1, because they won't consider my application for another three weeks, anyway. I'm so oblivious; I didn't even realize until recently that all your SAT scores, Reasoning and Subject, would be sent to the school; I should've just listed the colleges when I registered for the tests, because they'd get all the scores eventually anyway. I guess it's not always fair.
