What are my chances for UPenn, Berkeley

I'm a Junior and my PSATs are in about 2 weeks. I'm confident I can make commendable but I'm about 50-70 points from being a semi-finalist

Race: Asian Male
Unweighted GPA: Something very close to 3.9 (maybe 3.92, maybe 3.89)
Weighted GPA: 4.66
Junior Yr academic courses:
-AP Chem
-AP Envt Sci
-Spanish 5
-AP BC Calc
-AP Eng
EC: Pres of South Asian Society, Debate (made top 30 in DC-metro area), member of some other small clubs, been part of a rec basketball team for 5 years straight, part of a county-wide envt group which is affiliated with the Sierra Club

Interned with a non-profit environmental place called Youth Venture.
Hopefully I'll be able to find an enriching/interesting internship for next summer.

Interests: Envt Engineering, Finance, Econ (M&T program would be ideal)

So I was wondering what SAT/PSAT scores I would need in order to get into UPenn (possibly ED) and UC Berkeley.
Also, I realize that my resume isn't stellar -- any ideas as to how I could beef it up?

I would say at least 2250. But I don't know :( Only a guess.

BTW - no one cares (that much) about PSATs! If you do badly it's okay. If you do great then that's great :)

my cousin got into yale with a 1880...
my neighbor (in the 90's) got into MIT w/ a B average and 1200 SAT's..
just make urself stand out.. and try your hardest.. they're smart enough to figure you out, good scores is a good advantage.. but i still think you should still distinguish yourself from others in ur field of interest..
do Olympiad.. sicnece fair.. play a sport.. Internships.. so much other there man.. just message me back, I've been through this.

i would say, get a score on the psat score to qualify for commended. In my state, MDm that's around 221, but in others it can be much lower.

for SAT, you're asian, so to stay competitive I think you must stay in the 2200+ range.

and where are you from? If your from NJ.. I can recommend somethings

oh by the way, i meant semi-finalist* not commended.

I'm from MD and commendable is 200
last time i checked, i got around a 215...hopefully i can bring that up to a 221.

so do i need to get pretty much the same scores in order to get into Berkeley and penn? or is one going to be harder/easier for me
