what are my chances? FSU

Okay so I don't know what to think I'm a nervous wreck. I might die if I don't get accepted. I've worked so hard and I know it won't be the end of the world if I don't go there but I absolutely love Florida State. It's truly a beautiful campus and a great school to attend.

PLEASE, help me figure out my chances of getting accepted so I can avoid getting my hopes up (or not at all, let's hope)

GPA (unweighted): 3.25 / GPA (weighted) 3.5 / FSU GPA: 3.3
3 AP classes, all honors class (no honors classes taken freshman), increasingly rigorous courses, good grade trend (as the courses get more rigorous, my grades get better), 4 math units, 5 social science units (2 AP), 4 years of Spanish, 4 natural science units/ 2 labs, 4 english units, etc. all requirements met.

Senior year classes- 7 weighted honors/AP classes including: spanish 4, statistics, chem
*Received deans list and honor roll (only 2 B's total) every semester after semester 1 of sophomore year

**My grade trend shows that I received my worse grades during my freshman year with my easiest, regular courses and shows that my grades are nearly perfect in the more rigourous/AP courses/honors that I've taken the years following.
EX: received B's and C's in Spanish 1 yet straight A's from Spanish 2 to Spanish 4.

Plenty of extra curriculars: NHS, Spanish National Honors Society,Vice president of Republican Club, Secretary of Key Club, Marine Bio, SADD
100+ Volunteer hours
Poem Publications: 2
CLASS RANK: 142/469

ACT:Got a 26, retaking it and believe I could shoot for a 28. (33 english score)
SAT: 1650. (560/500/(590)) Nearly perfect Writing Score on Multiple Choice but got a 6 Essay

Applied very early for the Summer Application
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ESSAY

So what I'm really worried about is what they'll think of my courses/GPA. They can see I had a bad freshman year which was due to my parent's death in the middle of my freshman year. I'm worried they wont accept me because I was in regular classes my freshman year.
Help please, I can hardly sleep at night!!!!
I will be the FIRST in my family to ever attend college what so ever, and no we don't qualify for the CARE program. Getting into FSU will be easily the best day of my life and I doubt I'll sleep until I get accepted.

Explain the circumstances of your parent’s death during your freshman year in your application. Because your FSU GPA is low, that could really help you along with your great upward trend. The best thing you could do now is retake your ACT to see if you can get a better score. Don’t worry, rigor is one of the most important factors and you seem to have several AP classes.
