You seem to have a fair chance at both of them. Are you considering applying to either of them early because that would definitely give you a leg up in the process (especially at Wharton)

I was considering applying to Wharton ED, but am thinking of backing out because my essays are not as good as they could possibly be. Do you think I should still apply to Wharton ED with okay essays or RD with better essays?

NYU is stingy with aid. They won’t give you much aid. On the other hand, Wharton has a better reputation and is need blind. So, you might consider applying ED to Wharton itself.

I believe you would have a much better chance at Stern and would consider using the ED there if you can afford it.

Wharton ED.

Your stats well below the 25/75 ave. for Wharton (and Penn CAS for that matter), and you’ll need the ED advantage, to the small extent it exists. Work on your essays over the weekend.

One thing… for your Weighted GPA to be just a small amount higher than unweighted suggests you haven’t taken a lot of APs… is that correct?

The only APs I have taken are World Hist, US Hist, Lang Comp, Statistics, Biology, Physics C, Gov & Politics, Calc BC, Spanish, Lit, Macro and Micro.

Also, what do you think my chances are at Columbia and Georgetown? By the way I go to a pretty competitive high school in Long Island, NY where everyone is upper middle class.e
