What are my chances getting into these schools for a structural engineering graduate?

Hi everyone!

I am going to apply to school and pursue a masters degree in structural engineering, what are my chances on getting into these schools?

UCLA
UCI
UCSD
Purdue
University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign
Cornell
USC
Lehigh University
UT Austin
Penn State

Just a some background. My undergraduate GPA is around 3.12 and my core GPA is about the same. I am the Project Manager at the Concrete Canoe Team at my school and have held a captains position in it for 3 years now. I have done undergraduate research for a quarter as well. My GRE scores are 160 quantitative and 150 verbal. I just want to know what are my odds getting into each of these schools, thank you!

I think your GPA may be a problem for competitive schools. I think UT would be a reach. I don’t know about the other schools.
