<p>You don’t need great ECs to get into Cal. That’s just not accurate. Don’t buy into the hype.</p>
<p>I think you have a good shot at Berkeley. Your SAT is around the mean, you didn’t list your UCGPA, but I think it is also somewhere around or above the mean from your WGPA. What are your Subject Test scores? Your ECs aren’t amazing, but they’re definitely good enough. I wouldn’t be shocked if you didn’t get in, but I’d place money on you getting in.</p>
<p>If you add up the time you go to school, the time you sleep, and the time you do your activities, there seems to be more than 168 [24*7] hours in a week</p>
<p>LOL! Nice catch StarryNights. I read this article about how the UCs admission offices disqualify large amounts of students each year because they lie on their applications. Even with the large pool of applicants, they can still go FBI on your ass by calling your school. They do this when something fishy like that doesn’t add up. What do you do in NHS that takes up 3 hours per week? We didn’t do anything, it was just an honorary recognition.</p>
