what are my chances HYPSMCD URM

<p>I'm interested in applying to ivy league schools but my SAT scores aren't what I wanted, does this doom me to not having an ivy league college??? I'm very interested in engineering!</p>

<p>I know my test scores aren't very good, so does that mean I can't get into the ivy schools with good engineering programs? I was thinking about MIT and Cal Tech, but Cal Tech looks extremely difficult for me to get into. Am I better off just applying at University of Texas??? thanks</p>
