What are my chances I get accepted into NC State as a transfer

I’m currently a freshman attending Elon University and playing on their Division 1 soccer team. I am looking to transfer to NC States and major in psychology. I’m also currently an interning for a sports chiropractor.

My current GPA is a 3.2 I’ve taken:
Religion in a Global Context B+, 4.00 credits
Statistics in Application C+, 4.00 credits
Writing: Argument and Inquiry B+, 4.00 credits
Introduction to Public Health C+, 4.00 credits
Applied Calculus B, 4.00 credits
Introduction to Psychology A+, 4.00 credits
Search for Order in Modern Eur A-, 4.00 credits
The Global Experience A-, 4.00 credits

Are my chances of transferring/being accepted into NC State high or low?
