What are my chances if I did horrible sophomore year?

By horrible, I'm talking about a 2.5-3.0 GPA. The low GPA was mainly because of my AP art history class and a personal problem that came up that year. After sophomore year, I picked myself up. All my GPA's were 4.0 UW/4.1+ W. My EC's aren't that impressive; they're very basic.
My school only offers 12 AP classes total, all with limited space.
I also come from a school with 2500+ students, if that matters.

AP:
Art History: 3 (LOL)
Studio Art: 5
Biology (self-study): 5
Chemistry (self-study): 5
I'll be taking Environmental Science, Calculus AB/BC, & Literature next year. I'm aiming for 5's!

SAT - 2340
math: 750
writing: 800
critical reading: 800

SAT 2 Subject test:
Math 2: 740
Physics: 720
Biology: 800
Chemistry: 800
Literature: 800

Sports:
Golf, tennis

ECs:
Tennis Club
Red Cross Club
President of amnesty club
President of animal rights club
450+ volunteer hours

I am aiming for UC Berkeley, UCLA, Stanford, and UCSD.
I have a feeling that Stanford's out of my league...

I can confidently say there is no way you’re getting into Stanford. The other three I’m not too sure about, especially UC Berkeley.

Are u a senior right now? U should have at least tried for CSU’s to have some sort of back up especially now in these tough times. That was the mistake I made, and yeah sophomore is always the hardest.

Yeah, I pretty much know I won’t get into Stanford.
