<p>If you only have one c and your other grades are solid you shouldn’t worry, particularly if you are instate. This is only true if all of your other stats are up to UNC standards.</p>
<p>It won’t kill you if you are in state. For a marginal OOS candidate it might have an effect though.</p>
<p>ppl who have more than 1 C get in b/c they have a personality, good SAT scores, and ruling essays. Don’t worry, focus on your track, and you should be fine. Admissions should realize that you have learned from your mistakes, and that is all that they ask of. :)</p>
