what are my chances if...

my gpa is lower, (not below 3.0 but i dont want to say) but...
i've taken 9 ap's and 7 honors classes in four years of school
gotten 5's and 4's on all of my ap tests
sat I: 2050
sat II: lit-760 bio-730 us history-710
ec's: student government for three years, hold executive position as business manager, JV dive, Symphony Orchestra 3 years, class council 4 years (3 as treasurer), Key club 2 years, SOS club 2 years as secretary then VP.
had great recs
good essays
Out of State

i realize my gpa will really be a negative part of my whole package or whatever, but does anyone think i have a shot?

im assuming you applied after the early deadline? if thats the case, and your gpa is less than 3.5, i highly doubt you will be accepted...sorry

your honesty is appreciated! thanks!

i'd agree...
i mean, you still have a shot (especially if your recs and essays were strong).
but still, i would be looking more closely at other schools

i definitely am, michigan is for sure a reach, just wanted to know if i should have even tried or not.

if you still havent applied yet, then i think its a reach.
but they should consider that you took 9 AP's and 7 honors...that should make up for a lower gpa. thats a pretty tough courseload.
if your gpa is atleast a 3.3, then i think you have a shot

i already applied in mid december. just wanted to get a gage on my actual chances.
:) and if for sure then it is my dream/reach/out there shot.
