What are my chances of being accepted to these three universities if my UC/CSU gpa is 4.0 and my unweighted gpa is a 3.32. My sat score is a 2060.

Your UC GPA is within range for all the schools. CS is super competitive at all the schools so MIS might be a slightly easier admit. You realize the UCD does not have an MIS or Business major?
What is your HS course rigor? AP/IB or DE course? EC’s and awards? SAT Math and CR scores?
