I am currently applying to Texas A&M and I am very nervous and worried as to whether I will get in or not. My GPA is 3.7 (unweighted) 98.6 (weighted). My current SAT score it 1180 out of 1600 but I plan on retaking in November and my ACT is 25. I am in the top 10.5%. I have taken numerous AP and dual credit courses, played tennis for four years, completed over 100 hours of community service, and was in 7 organizations. I am also CPR certified if any skills help. http://admissions.tamu.edu/freshman/admitted says that if you get your test score up (1360 SAT with at least 620 M and 660 R, or 30 ACT with at least 27 M and E), you will be admitted (though not necessarily to your intended major if it is a competitive one).
Otherwise, you would be in the review category described later on that web page.
