State schools don’t offer financial aid to internationals

Thanks @Catria ! I actually don’t know about much universities. These are some universities college board has suggested. What do you think of university of Colorado at boulder? That university has contacted me by viewing my college board profile.
I can pay 46500$ maximum per annum. Most of the reputed colleges seemed to have high fees. Some universities are offering scholarships but they do not have much good ranking such as new Hampshire , purdue university.
Should I add more reach and safty universities? What do you mean by ‘low match’?
Sorry for such a long reply  thanks a lot

@pcollege I guess some do. Ohio State University is.

Low match means that schools is match to the low side of you, so its likely you will get in, as apposed to a high match, meaning the schools is on the high side of you and you are less likely. You can get this yourself by looking up your SAT score against the SAT norms for each school in the CDS.

You aren’t ineligible for all financial aid, just those pieces that require citizenship, so its tougher but not impossible. GL.
