UC GPA?
If 3.8 is your UW GPA, then you are competitive in terms of GPA. However, your test scores are extremely low and make UCLA a reach/high reach.

GPA and Test scores are well below the average of UCLA’s admitted students. Additionally, this school receives so many applicants, and not everyone can receive admissions. UCLA is a high reach for you, but your ECs, and possibly your essays, may sway the admissions in your favor. Objectively, though, you are below the average.

Regardless of whether your GPA is unweighted, weighted, or UC, a 1130 on the SAT and 22 on the ACT will get your application tossed out faster than UCLA premeds get weeded out.

Agree with above and if your GPA is 3.8 while your test scores are very low this a huge red flag to admission officers that your school has grade inflation. What other schools did you apply?
