You are a competitive applicant. Your stats and ECs are great. Write good essays and you could get accepted to JHU
If JHU is for sure your #1 and you can afford tuition, apply ED. They fill a good chunk of their class early decision so the odds are better.
I replied to your Dartmouth pre-med thread earlier. Make your essays interesting and show passion for why medicine is important.
Do not give the impression of being a robotic Asian test taker. 6 SAT subject tests are absolute overkill if you submit all of them and an adcom will think that your are overly focused on standardized tests. If possible submit just the Math 2 and Biology scores (BTW Math 1 is usually not considered the top schools)
If you looked at this year’s admission results, students with the same profile as you are being outright rejected at the top schools. You will need to differentiate yourself from the other 4.0+/1600 SAT students.
I agree it makes you look robotically Asian, but 5 800s on SATIIs is good. I would definitely not submit the Math 1, but would submit all the others. If you had 800s on 2 or 3 and high 700s on the others, then you might consider not submitting some.
