what are my chances? (junior)

I'm Japanese-American and I go to an international school in Tokyo. (not sure if this'll give me an advantage)

GPA: 3.42 (weighted) (I know this is really bad, but my grades have been improving in an upward trend. freshman: 3.0, sophomore: 3.5, junior: 3.9 at the moment)

AP Classes this year (at my school you can only take them starting Junior year): US History, English Language and Composition, Macroeconomics. I'm also self-studying for Microeconomics and Japanese.
Next year I'm taking: European History, Environmental Science, Statistics, and French.

ACT Composite Score: 34
(English: 32, Math: 34, Reading: 33, Science: 35, Combined English/Writing: 29)

Extracurriculars:
-varsity swim team all 3 years so far and captain this year
-club called abot kamay all 3 years where i went to Thailand for a service trip
-community service with an organization called Hands on Tokyo
-worked for the past 2 summers as a camp counselor at a summer camp hosted by my school

The good news: Hopkins recalculates your GPA without freshman year included. They look at your freshman grades, but from my personal experience with admissions they aren’t factored in nearly as much as Junior/senior year grades.

Additionally, your test scores look good and your class schedule looks demanding enough. Keep taking hard classes and see if you can get good grades on 2 or 3 SAT subject tests.

If you apply ED (and do that only if you really want Hopkins), you will have a pretty darn good shot.
