Hi guys! So I don't have too great of a GPA so i was wondering if it was still possible to get into UCLA. I'd really appreciate some feedback :)

If my calculations are correct, you have an upper 30% or so SAT score, so that's a plus. The GPA is a little low (avg weighted was around a 4.2-4.3), but again, the SAT is strong. Is that the UC weighted GPA? ECs are fairly strong as well. Honestly, I thing that despite the GPA you have a decent shot. The UCs are always a crapshoot, but you have as good a shot as anyone! Just focus on the essays, they DO matter! good luck!

Thanks guys! and i don't really know what UC GPA is...but whatever i listed is a weighted GPA. is there any way i can get into UCLA or UCSD with my lowww gpa?

UCSD is more probable, it's just the whole quota bc you're OOS thing. But generally speaking, UCSD is slightly easier to get into. In fact, I'm pretty sure you will have a great shot getting in there. I would check the UC's websites to recalculate your GPA, bc it might go up. They don't consider freshman year and a few other factors, only the "core classes". UCLA will be a reach as well, same as Cal. Good luck, lemme know if I can help you with anything else!
