<p>i’d say it’s a reach but possible. did you take a class in APUSH? it might hurt you if you took the class and got a 3, but since you got a 5 for english it might be ok. you’re gpa seems a little low, but since you’re in the top 10% of your school it’s probably just because your school is so competitive, and colleges will keep that in mind. it could really go either way; good luck! :)</p>
