Thank you so much!

BU and GWU-match/almost a safety
Case, Emory, NYU-match/low match
WashU-low reach
Penn and Michigan-reach

Michigan will be a reach OOS.

The 34 ACT superscore puts you in within reach of your targets. GPA is OK. Science AP scores could be higher given that you are planning to be pre-med, but that’s already done. If you get a 5 on AP Stats, you do not have to take Introductory Statistics at WashU if you are a science major IIRC.

WashU has the PNP (Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychogy) major that might be a fit. Neuroscience in the Biology department requires a cumulative 3.6 WashU GPA after completion of basic Biology and science/math requirements.

@TennisBaller23
Emory, GW, and UMich do not superscore the ACT so these schools will only see a 33,so with that said

  1. Boston University- Low Match/ Safety
  2. Case Western Reserve- Low Match/ Safety
  3. Emory University- Low Reach/Reach
  4. NYU- Match
  5. George Washington- Low Match/Match
  6. University of Michigan- High Match/ Low Reach
  7. University of Pennsylvania (ED + Legacy)- Low Reach
  8. Washington University in St. Louis- Reach

For UMich, your GPA is below average and near 25th percentile, while your SAT is right at or slightly above admission average. You would be around average OOS applicants with admission rate ~20%. It is a reach for you. High matches are only for those with near perfect GPA/score from OOS.
