What are my chances of being accepted as a Transfer student?

GPA 2.9 but working to end with a 3.3

I have been riding horses for 12 years and I am on the Equestrian Team at my current college. I would love to repersent Ole Miss

Also a part of small community organizations.

Not too sure what schools are looking for in Transfers?
