What are my chances of being accepted to Exeter/Andover?

I’m applying to Phillips Exeter Academy and Phillips Academy Andover this year. I finished the tour and interview last week.

***I’m also applying to Choate for its debate team. Would I be a good fit for Choate?

@elielieli , You have very strong credentials, and I suspect you will be well prepared for either Andover or Exeter. As a mom, (this is what I would suggest to my own child!), please consider a couple of other schools – in the event you are not admitted. The two schools are super competitive, and even kids with exemplary grades and test scores don’t make it. Their Admissions Committees are focused very much on the whole person–not just great grades, scores, and ECs. So, please broaden your search (just in case), and think about how your can best communicate who you are in your essays. Good luck and fingers crossed for you! :bz

You sound like a good fit for Choate, too @ elielieli

@itcannotbetrue I got waitlisted at Choate :frowning:
