What are my chances of Duke?

So basically I am a Senior and go to an Early College program at a community college in NC. Therefore my GPA is only capable of going up to a 5. My Unweighted GPA is a 3.9 (1 "B" in Freshman year) and my weighted is somewhere around 4.8. In addition, my SAT scores are decent (2090 superscore after two attempts), and my ACT isn't so great 28, but I plan on taking it again in October. My EC's aren't eye-opening (some library volunteering, helping with voter registration during the election), but I did recently start up a Relief Organization with my mother that will provide medical aid those back in my parents country. Admittingly, I haven't gotten far with the organization yet. Also, I am class rank 4 out of 65 or so students, and am Senior Class Vice President. Lastly, I am a first generation African Student, so that might help me out in admissions. I am interested in the medical field, and Duke would be a great opportunity for me as well as UNC-Chapel Hill. While I am confident in being accepted to the latter, I must know my chances for Duke. Also any suggestions on a major (don't say do what you love) and ACT tips for October would be great.

PS: I plan on applying early decision.

Duke: Reach
UNC: Low match/Match

In fact, you can minor in biology or chemistry and go to med school with most majors, given the distribution requirements at UNC and Duke. But you need a major that you can use as a backup plan should med school plans fall through.

Given your URM hook, I’d say your chances are about 50/50.

Yeah because you are African American you have a pretty good shot—although do try to raise those test scores to 2100+ and/or 30+.
