Does the state of Wisconsin give grants to low income students? If so, then this girl may have gotten Pell and a Wisconsin grant to pay for her tuition. </p>
<p>We also don’t know if she got any special scholarships for her major.</p>
<p>I don’t know if UW-M has any special scholarships for Hispanic students. If so, she may have gotten one.
