<p>Rice meets full need without loans for those who make under $80,000 per year and Texas A & M meets full need for those whose families make under $60,000)(not sure if that includes loans or not at Texas A & M). Surely there are more schools like this. I’m not sure how to find out about them.Your ACT score is a little low for Rice, but not impossibly so if you have a hook that appeals to them. Rice does like to be well rounded ethnically, but there are quite a few Vietnamese in Houston so that may not help you much.</p>
<p>If someone knows of a way to search this out you may want to apply to more schools before the end of the year, when many deadlines fall. Maybe you can get the admission fee waived for financial reasons.</p>
